Žene voditelji – Agenti promjena u Europi

Na Bledu se 14. i 15. travnja 2016. održava međunarodna konferencija rukovodstva

 

 

Poštovani, zadovoljstvo nam je pozvati vas na sudjelovanjem na međunarodnoj konferenciji rukovodstva pod nazivom "Žene voditelji – Agenti promjena u Europi", koja će se održati u četvrtak popodne i petak ujutro, 14. i 15. travnja 2016. na IEDC-Bled Školi za menadžment. Očekujemo stotinu visokopozicioniranih žena lidera iz gospodarstva, politike i NVO. S ovom konferencijom želimo predstaviti najbolje prakse rukovodećih žena u Europi, te stvoriti svijest o tome kako su žene lideri važni čimbenici promjena u Europi , a posebno u srednjoj, istočnoj i južnoj Europi.

Glavni govornik na konferenciji biti će prof. dr. Susan R. Madsen, Sveučilište Utah Valley, Sjedinjene Američke Države, svjetski priznati ekspert za žene na rukovodećim pozicijama. Ona će ekskluzivno predstaviti rezultate istraživanja u svojoj novoj knjizi 'Women and Leadership Around the World' (Žene i rukovođenje širom svijeta) objavljenoj 2015. Kao prilog prof. dr. Madsen uslijedit će brojni okrugli stolovi gdje će se održati diskusije koje će sudionicima pružati nove izvore inspiracije kroz osobne priče utjecajnih žena.

With this conference we would like to create awareness that women leaders are an important factor of development

in Europe, and particularly in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe. By presenting the best practices in

different fields (business, government, and NGO) created by women leaders we will encourage younger women

to take over the responsible positions.
